Review fault descriptions and evidence. Follow your organisation&#8217;s procedure for acknowledging, assigning or closing the issue. Do not assume that a submitted form is approved merely because it appears in the Entries list.<\/p>\n<h2>Access and retention<\/h2>\n<p>Only authorised roles should be able to view sensitive entries.
