The underlying fields and upload locations depend on the installed implementation.<\/p>\n<h2>Administrator procedure<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the operative\/certificate management screen provided by the installed component.<\/li>\n<li>Find the operative using the approved unique identifier.<\/li>\n<li>Review the certificate name, issuing body, date achieved and expiry date fields available.<\/li>\n<li>Upload or open the certificate evidence using the supported controls.<\/li>\n<li>Save the record and reopen it to confirm the details persisted.<\/li>\n<li>Check whether the competency expiry widget reflects the same record and date, if the two components are integrated.<\/li>\n<li>Test visibility with an authorised supervisor and an ordinary operative account.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Quality control<\/h2>\n<p>Check spelling, identity matching and dates carefully. A certificate record is only as accurate as the source document and entered information.
