Why version forms<\/h2>\n

Operational forms may be relied on for site records, inspections, sign-offs and evidence. A simple change record helps administrators identify when a question, rule or notification changed.<\/p>\n

Procedure<\/h2>\n

  1. Export the current form JSON before making a major change.<\/li>\n
  2. Record the form name, form ID, date and reason for the change.<\/li>\n
  3. Make changes on staging where available.<\/li>\n
  4. Test normal, exception, notification and access paths.<\/li>\n
  5. Export the approved form after testing and label the file with a version\/date.<\/li>\n
  6. Deploy using the approved change process.<\/li>\n
  7. Confirm the live form and embedded page work as expected.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Do not confuse exports<\/h2>\n
