For example, a fault description may be required when \u201cFault found\u201d is selected, but should not block submission when the field is hidden on the \u201cServiceable\u201d path.<\/p>\n<h2>Avoid over-validation<\/h2>\n<p>Do not make optional information mandatory merely to fill a report.
