Add a Form to a WordPress Page

Recommended method: Embed button

1. Open the form in the Gravity Forms editor.
2. Click Embed in the editor toolbar.
3. Choose to add the form to an existing page or create a new page.
4. Select the target page or enter the new page title.
5. Click the relevant insert/create button.
6. Review the page in the WordPress editor, then update or publish it.

Alternative: Gravity Forms block

1. Edit the target WordPress page.
2. Click the block inserter (+).
3. Search for “Gravity Forms” or “Form”.
4. Insert the form block and select the required form.
5. Update the page and test the front-end form.

Before publishing

Confirm that the page access rules are appropriate, the form is visible to the intended users, and submissions work on a mobile device. Do not assume that restricting a menu link also restricts direct access to the page.
