When to use it
Save and Continue can allow a user to pause a longer form and resume later. Availability and settings depend on the installed Gravity Forms version and licence/add-on requirements.
Enable and test
- Edit the form and open Settings → Form Settings.
- Find the Save and Continue setting, if available, and enable it.
- Save the settings and form.
- Preview the form and locate the save/continue option.
- Enter test data, save progress and follow the resume link using the intended workflow.
- Confirm the saved data is restored correctly and that the user can finish the submission.
Security and usability
Resumption links may provide access to saved form data. Explain how users should store and share the link, and do not use this feature for sensitive workflows unless the access model is appropriate. Test link expiry and behaviour according to your installed version.
