Component
chkm8-operative-certificates is a CHKM8 custom component for operative certificates. The underlying fields and upload locations depend on the installed implementation.
Administrator procedure
- Open the operative/certificate management screen provided by the installed component.
- Find the operative using the approved unique identifier.
- Review the certificate name, issuing body, date achieved and expiry date fields available.
- Upload or open the certificate evidence using the supported controls.
- Save the record and reopen it to confirm the details persisted.
- Check whether the competency expiry widget reflects the same record and date, if the two components are integrated.
- Test visibility with an authorised supervisor and an ordinary operative account.
Quality control
Check spelling, identity matching and dates carefully. A certificate record is only as accurate as the source document and entered information. Follow your organisation’s process for verification and renewal.
